Will I get credit for this course?
The study abroad program is designed to be equivalent to 4 ECTS/2 US Credits (combining lecture time, preparation, research, projects, and tests). Many universities have already granted credits to students participating in our programs – get in touch with us now to find out how to make that happen.
What will be the course contents?
This course will be case based with practical learning in topics such as international business, finance, hospitality, healthcare, retail, trade, and commerce. For a detailed course outline, email us.
How long is the study-abroad course?
The course is structured over 2 weeks and is designed to maximize your learning in the given time.
What is the program fee? What is included in the fees?
The program fee varies based on the country you choose for the study abroad program. We are offering an instant US $100 saving for registering up to 3 months before the program start date. The program fee includes the course registration fees, all lectures, industry visits, course materials including certificate, course linked transportation, local sightseeing and entrance fees to key attractions. How do I apply?

Is the flight fare included in the program fees?
Flight fare and visa fees are not included in the program fees.
Will Multinational Academy provide student visas?
Given that the program lasts only 2 weeks, a student visa is not applicable. We recommend applying for a visit/tourist visa and can help facilitate with visa requirements. However, all visa documentation and fees is borne by the student.
Where will I stay? And what about meals?
Student accommodation will be provided as part of the course. We have partnered with 3-star hotels close to where your classes will be held. Accommodation is on a double-occupancy basis. Accommodation includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you want a room only for your own, please let us know at the time of registration.
What happens if I am hurt or in an accident while I’m abroad?
In case of an emergency abroad, Multinational Academy is at your service through the 24 hours emergency hotline. Our contacts on-site will provide you with the appropriate information to deal with your emergency. We advise all students to have internationally valid travel and health insurance.
What is the refund policy if a program is suspended or canceled?
If, for any unforeseen circumstance, the program is suspended or cancelled, the entire program fees (including the registration fee) will be refunded to the student.
What if I am unable to attend the program?
We will refund all the program fees (minus the US $400 non-refundable registration fee) upto 4 weeks prior to the start of the program. Cancellation with less than 4 weeks will incur 50% penalty.
Is there a referral discount?
Know someone who might be interested? We will offer you a discount of US $50 for every referral who successfully registers for the program. Contact us for more details.
Is it possible to take the study-abroad course on dates other than mentioned in the website?
We can provide customized study-abroad programs in all Multinational Academy countries if there is a significant interest. Please contact us for more details.
